Our B2B inventory is categorised into 3 parts: Stones with size less than 3 cts., stones of 3 cts.+ size and SRK Twin diamonds.

FAQ

  • How often is a stone uploaded for a B2B?

    Stones with size less than 3 cts. are uploaded daily from Monday to Friday on our inventory at 6 p.m. IST, and stones with 3 cts.+ size are uploaded on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of every week.

  • What is the time duration available to submit my bid on a stone?

    For stones with size less than 3 cts., you get 19 hrs time to submit your bid. For 3 cts.+ stones, you get an additional 24 hrs to submit your bid, i.e. 43 hrs to bid on the stone(s).
    This means, for stones with size less than 3 cts., you can bid from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. For 3 cts.+ stones, you can offer your bid from 7:00 p.m. till next to next day 2:00 p.m.

  • When are the Results of B2B event declared?

    For stones with size less than 3 cts., you get the result on the very next day between 2:10 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. IST. For 3 cts.+ stones, you get the result every alternative day.

  • What is SRK Base price?

    For every B2B stone(s), SRK has fixed one price, namely 'SRK base price', which is the minimum amount for a B2B stone. You can bid from (+1$) till 20% of the SRK base price of that particular stone.

  • How are the winners for B2B decided?

    SRK selects the 2 highest bidders from all the bidders, and the average of the best price and the second best price is calculated.

    If there is only a single bid received, then SRK calculates the price by considering the average of the base price and the best price received.

  • When can I view the stone physically?

    You can view a stone of size less than 3 cts. till 1:30 p.m.
    You can view a stone of 3 cts.+ size for the next entire day (during office hrs).

  • Is there any additional discount available on B2B stones?

    Yes, you can get additional discounts like Blind discount, Terms Discount, and Weekly Volume discount as per the eligible criteria.

  • What if a B2B stone is sold out?

    SRK daily uploads fresh stones as a regular stock for B2B event.

  • What is the highest limit of setting a BID price?

    You can bid from (+1$) till 20% of the SRK base price of that particular stone. There is no upper limit for Fancy stones.
